Booking confirmation email customization

Add the ability to customise the Add Services auto-generated email when booking a room via the Outlook add-on.

Also, enable booking confirmation emails to be sent when booking via the Outlook Add-on

    Agree with this, ability for confirmation emails would be hugely helpful
