    Please can the catering note field in the report field name be editable it should state Note so any information regarding the booking can be captured here.

    it is good to have option to reserve the desks on behalf also.- so we can able to book for our team members

    and good to have another option as bulk reservation of desks for more than one,

  5. Skip the Today page

    Once you log in in the morning can it stay logged in? It's not a system which has sensitive information so not sure why it logs the user out all the time

    Also, when I do log in 90% of the time i want to book a room but the system defaults to the Today page which I never look at. Unless I'm unusual I suspect most people don't need to view the Today page and would rather go direct to the Room booking form

  6. easy repeat bookings

    searching for a repeat booking, there is the message that there is no room available, but booking each occasion separately is possible.
