Add a visitor > Advanced button: There are fields that look as if they offer a search option but there does not seem to be any.

List of booked desks
Is there anyway we can have a daily list of all staff that have booked a desk and their desk number and it to automatically show per day to be placed in an entrance area so staff that come in can see which desk they have booked.

Booking on Behalf of Others
Would be great if the system had the ability to book a desk on someone's behalf in the event they can't access the system or someone doesn't have a GI account but is planning on visiting Shell House and requires a desk.

A way to find 'any' space in a given date instead of having to go through different areas, like a simple show of available seats at a given time instead of creating a new search every time (too many clicks, frustrating when there are few seats)

Mobile app and web interface should show the same info
Bookings on the app and bookings online should show up together in both locations. At the moment each does not show the others information. This is leading to accidental double booking. Thanks.

Condeco reports - formatting and layout
Condeco reports - formatting/layout
I like to be able to select if I want Condeco header and column merge in the reports.
- As a user
- When select print, I like to be able to select if I want Condeco formatting or plain formatting (without header, columns formatting, even select font type/size)
- So that I don't have to spend time to "clean" up the report. With the Condeco header and column formatting we have to spend time removing this as it is now.1 vote -

Multiple ideas
Please add settings to allow you:
- disable the personal landing page
- set a default landing page like 'Personal Spaces \ Your bookings'
Allow you to bookmark a specific page like 'Find a colleague'

Overlap booking
I wonder if there is any other booking method. Several times I faced the issue that my room is booked also by someone else. When i enter it is full so i can not start my meeting from panel and it is cancelled. Please notify if there is any other superior booking method.

Filter on find a collegue
Can you add a filter option to find a collegue to return ssearch results for only those staff that have checked in on that day. Ie If we need to find a First Aid Officer who is in the office on that day

Remove email box for external attendees
Under the attendees tab it would be useful to remove the email box, causes some issues with updating meetings and data breach by attendees seeing each others email addresses
