Still having problems checking in. I can self certify but cannot checkin from the TODAY page. Eventually it will appear later in the morning. Your systems seem very slow!

Booking seats on web portal
when booking on the web portal, its very difficult to see where the seat is on the floor plan, a list of free seats is good only if you know the seat number (could we label the pods by the team?). If you select the button to find on the floorplan, its really not easy to see the pointer for the seat you are trying to book, and the scroll bars make it difficult to navigate (unlike the phone app)

Finding seats on phone app
on the floor plan on the mobile app, when you hover over a seat that is already booked you cannot see the seat name, it would be useful to see the number even if its not free

Display latest booked spaces in "Today page"

Default location
Ability to pick a default location. It always appears with London Broad St, and you have to scroll down to find your own office.

Book for colleague / Quick day selection
It would be really nice to be able to book personal spaces for a colleague from another office. When they are moving temporarily from an office to another, they can't book their spaces.
Also, when looking at bookings of one day, it would be nice to see planning of the previous and following day just by clicking a link. Currently, you have to return to the quick search view and click Floor plan to do so.

Batch Resource Updating
Make it easier to make changes to multiple resources as a batch update rather than individually. I.e. enabling QR or setting an attribute.
If not possible, then at least have the system take you back to the page you were on rather than page 1 - frustrating and flaring up my carpel with all unnecessary clicking!!

Make CHECk-IN work
Check-in is repeatedly unavailable and only appears sometime even hours after initial verification by which time work has started. Happens on both the App and on the desktop. You need to check how your system is working. Its failing.

Enable same day room bookings
Why can't we make same day meeting room bookings as before? Quite often meetings go into the diary on the same day at the last minute and so we also need to be able to book a room for those, but the system no longer let's you book. This needs to be changed urgently.

Headers
The meeting room header can not been seen, part or all text is not visible. An improvement would to enable the meeting room headers to be readable to the viewer. Hover-over text does work, which is helpful.

Buchen für Kollegen sollte auch für den gleichen Tag möglich sein, an dem man einen eigenen Platz gebucht hat - aktuell ist der Tag in der Sucht gesperrt, sobald man selbst einen PLatz gebucht hat

Behaviour after changing a resource's group affiliation
When assigning desks resources from one group to another, it would make more sense that after saving the resource, the admin user would be routed to the resource list of the group the resource has been transferred FROM instead to the resource list of the group the resource has been transferred TO.
