Deleting a booking from Condeco web app should remove event from Outlook calendar
Outlook created items if deleted from Condeco web app stay on the individual's calendar. This happens to all attendees on that invite. When deleted from Condeco web app it leave the teams meeting and the name of the meeting but removes the room.Â

The Data picker/Calendar field in (Meeting Spaces -> Find Bookings) should allow manual entry of date; Currently the user is required to keep clicking on back icon on the calendar view and select the date. Condeco should implement the same Calendar Picker feature that has been implemented on "Find a Colleague" Page

The functionality of the 'flexi' option in personal spaces isn't really flexible. Let's update with a few features that we see already in other parts of Condeco.

Set a default seating/setup style for linked meeting spaces
We would like the ability to set the default setup style for linked meeting spaces. Currently the system seems to pick its own setup when a linked meeting space is added to the booking.

Different locations different booking options in terms of time
Our office is open Tuesday through Thursday only, other locations are open Monday through Friday. We would like to be able to configure the location in the period of 3 days without much extra effort and lock the other two days permanently.

Booking slots for e-charging stations
We control our sites with Condeco. Unfortunately, we can not control our parking lots with e-charging station with Condeco, because there are only 1-2 slots, depending on the global setting. We would like to have the possibility to divide our parking spaces into 3 fixed slots per day.

Improved Feature Parity Across Booking Platforms
Asymmetry causes a lot of support tickets for us. Not only does it add to confusion when you can book for a team on mobile but not on desktop, but this has broken some parts of our system.
In particular, we can't enforce certain required information fields on Mobile. This is allowing certain reservations and setups to get much further than they should, disrupting workflows.

Holiday Calendar is a simple and basic function that all calendars have, you need to improve your system and options to meet customer demand.
It is a major thing when you have a booking system to mark or close rooms for holidays so the employees are aware that they can't make any bookings on those days.. and it is not practical at all that you can highlight or close the rooms for a date by date!! this should be applicable to adding multiple non-consecutive closure dates.2 votes -

Improvements to service delivery notification periods
Hospitality require 48 hours to place food orders from their respective suppliers. This is non-negotiable from there side and they are very strict on it.
It is vital that food orders placed in Condeco by the Users, adhere to the 48 hour rule, regardless of ordering or cancelling.
NB Hospitality place their orders at 1130 a.m. so the clock starts ticking from that pointHospitality would have already paid for the food that has been ordered, and thus it still needs to be charged to Macfarlanes if a cancellation falls short of 48 hours’ notice
