Smart recurring - Mix and match rooms
Smart recurrences currently only give available alternative room for the entire series or nothing at all and does not mix and match if for instance, 8-9 meetings in the series of your chosen room is available.
This functionality already works using the Condeco browser app, where an alternative room can be added with your room of choice, and one or instance in the series isn't available.
Instead, the app should provide an alternative room to fill the gap for the 1 instance in the series that your chosen room cannot be met. e.g. 8 meeting in room A and 1…

quick repeat
have a quick access to renewing the same desk for another date (if desk is available of course - need an error message in case it's already taken)

Approve Button
Please add an "approve" button on the Requests screen. This will help expedite the approval process when reviewing multiple room requests (and helps to not open each request individually in order to approve).

Desk number mismatch
I think some desk numbers in the booking system don't match the desks with the green Covid label. E.g. I booked 02-226 which has a red label on it but 02-228 is not in the system which has a green label.

Booking Grid - Edit other users' bookings Improvement
At the moment, as an admin if I want to Edit someone else's booking from the booking grid (from example to extend it from AM only to AM+PM), when clicking on a cell it is still my booking schedule shown - NOT the user's booking schedule... This can be done but with quite a few extra steps: by selecting the 'Booking for someone else' checkbox and then searching for that person's name.
The expected behavior for a real Edit feature when clicking on a cell of the booking Grid, would be to have by default that user's booking details pre-filled.

Would be good to see a map of the second floor, for example, so I can understand where desk number d2-194 is?

Temporary Colleague Passes implemented to visitor management
Colleagues who are awaiting photo ID cards, are issues temporary colleague passes for more than 1 day if on only a 90 day contract. Please can this be implemented to the Visitor Management. Reception also issue daily temporary passes for colleagues who have forgotten this passes. Can a issue card date be implemented as well as card return date, which flags when have not been returned to the reception desk?

The default order is assuming meeting room bookings. But when it's intended for personal space/desk booking, this is going to be higher need, so should be a higher option on the menu. Every time I'm using the desk booking I'm opening the meeting room booking by mistake because its higher up and has an ambiguous label.

Issue with profile
I set up my profile earlier in the week and was able to book desks, but today my profile is incomplete again. I updated it but it says it takes 24 hours to update and therefore I cannot use the booking system. This is quite unhelpful and frustrating
