It directs you to everywhere and stuck you at the last step.
It keeps popping up "Your default location is no longer available. Please select a new default location from your profile page." and then asking me to set my default location. while when I try to set my default location, it says "Failed saving user details" without telling me why. And I have tried with different browsers and encountered same issue.

¿SerÃa posible que apareciese la opción de reserva de puestos antes que la de reserva de salas? En nuestro caso esta aplicación es para la reserva de puestos por lo que se ralentiza la operación al intentar recuperar en primer lugar los datos para la reserva de salas.

Mobile App: Desk Booking: Search for 'All' Floors and 'All' groups (Neighbourhoods)
We have just started using Desk booking and would love the mobile app - IF there was the ability to search for a desk in ALL floors or ALL groups.
Imagine your visiting from another office, and you dont belong to a department in that office, wouldnt you just be happy with a desk anywhere? As a user id also be frustrated if i checked 1 group, then another, and another, and another...and still couldnt find a free desk. (probably after the world of Covid mind you)1 vote -
Attendee selection
When linking meeting rooms it no longer allows to add extra attendees to suit the larger room, it only allows the amount of attendees listed for the first room.

Log in time
I've had multiple people ask why we have to wait until 8 a.m. to check in. If we are here at 7 a.m., trust me, at 8 a.m. we are not thinking about logging in to Condeco. We could be in a meeting. Working on a deadline. Why can't we just check in when we come in? Also, why can't we book for 5 days? If we know we're going to be in the office every day, why can't we book for the whole week.

Fixed Desks - need check-in and certification to function
Checking in and SelfCertification are features that need to work for people in "Fixed" offices. We have a large firm and all of our parnters have "Fixed" desks and it creates issues with the RTO features when they only apply to certain employees and there in communication out to Global Administrators letting them know.

how to setup the system to allow either requestor or host able to swipe card for starting the meeting?

Default Date
When I search for a colleague or book a desk it defaults to yesterdays date. It would be much better if the default was today.

Boarders required on find a room summary
When you find a room and you get the options with the ticks under for each available facility in the room (eg whiteboard, wireless) etc. it's difficult to line the ticks up with the text - some borders on the table would be useful

Batch creation of ressources
Implement a possibility to batch create ressources for a given location with automatic numbering, e.g. to create 30 desks (with preselectable parameters like location, floor etc.) with a single click of a button.
The result should be a creation of 30 desk objects, named "desk01", "desk02" and so on.
Currently, creating a whole location with e.g. ~1000 desks on various floors and areas is extremely time consuming.

Make booking easier
Why not have the last desk you booked be the default for the next one you want to book? At present the SEARCH brings up random desks that have neither meaning nor desirability.

Don't return to start of list when changing an item in that list.
If you are making changes to a large number of items, e.g. desks, after saving a change the system returns you to the first page of the list of desks rather than the page you were on. This makes the process more time consuming. It would require less key strokes if the system returned you to where you selected the item.

find and replace email address domains. also the same for UPN logon addresses.
