1. Opportunity to have an admin level between country admin and building admin

   I have many buildings for different companies and so different admins. But I have no way to set "region" admin.
   Country and building are not enough : I need an intermediate level for cities or companies or regions for example.

2. Equipment mailbox integration with "Add to your Outlook Calendar" unchecked

   Can the equipment integration continue to be supported when "Add to your Outlook calendar" is unchecked in Condeco Web?

   We have a team that manages room bookings within the business who exclusively use Condeco Web.

   While the "Add to your Outlook calendar" makes sense for individuals managing their own bookings it is clearly not applicable for our booking team to have hundreds of is meetings in their personal calendars that they have booked on behalf of others.
   Therefore, by default, the team uncheck "Add to your Outlook calendar" (as Admins the default state of this is unchecked)

   Support has verified that, by design, deselecting this option results in the discontinuation of support for equipment resource integration.
   Prior to the latest O365 update, all bookings were automatically synchronised with the corresponding Equipment Mailbox. From my perspective, this alteration represents a reduction in functionality, rather than an improvement or a new feature request. This change has adversely impacted the user experience and has led to issues with equipment resource calendar and Condeco calendars being out of sync.

   This will be available with Native Exchange Booking support at the end of Q4/early Q1.

3. Add technology (MTR) Plus the room simultaneously via the web

   when booking via the web we should be able to also automatically include the technology. it works in outlook as well as the mobile app. it would make sense that when booking via the web it would invite the MTR especially since the MTR email address is added in the resource which is ON the web

4. Remove Today Page

   Allow users to opt out of the initial Today Page. I only ever use the site for specific tasks and don't need reminding that on 99% of the days, I have no reservations.

   Hi Mark, whilst the Today page still exists and is the default landing page we have incorporated it into the main application and continue to enhance it with new uses and features.

5. Bulk-assign desks to Group

   Bulk-assign desks to other Groups:

   Analogous to Zone assignment, it would be a great improvement from user experience perspective if it would be possible to bulk-assign desks to other Groups. Currently, you need to adjust every single resource separetly in order to assign it to another Group which is a quite tedious process with multiple resources.

8. Room Booking: Ability to search for hosts based on department

   Currently when searching for a host when doing a room booking, if type the person's name, if their are multiple entries for different people with the same name, only email addresses can delineate the difference.

   At times, people may not immediately recognise the email address, so adding in say the business category (if that was the division someone worked in within your business) as a bracketed value after their name might make the task easier when searching through a list of people with the same names.

   You are more likely to know the person you are searching for given the department they are from rather than their email address (given you might use the global address lookup in Outlook) without ever realising their true email address.
