  1. Admin to be able to edit attendee number for Smart calendar bookings

    Admin should be able to edit the number of attendees for any type of booking. Now since the deployment of the smart calendar add-in, Outlook appointment cannot be edited anymore.

  2. ability to make custom fields mandatory on booking form

    Currently, custom fields cannot be made mandatory on the booking form. Would be helpful to have option to make them required

  3. Adjust number of slots to book a personal space to be daily as opposed to weekly

    This number is currently set as a weekly amount, if we were allowed to set a daily amount, it would prevent users from booking multiple desks on the same day

    We are implementing an update to the booking slot logic so that users can only book one workspace type (for example a desk) a day.  We plan to launch this in April 2024.

  4. group administration tab for location admins and group admins

    Please make it possible for location admins and group admins to administrate the groups.

    Currently, only country admins have access to this, but we have too many locations inside of one country and we need that location admins to have the option to administrate the group under the location.

  5. Is it possible to have an 'add to Outlook calendar' button on the automated email confirmations

    When users receive an automated confirmation from condeco - Is it possible for a 'add to calendar' button to allow this time to be blocked out in their Outlook calendar

  6. Give admins the possibility to delete bookings ON ROOM SCREENS

    Global, Country, Location admins should have the possibility - within their rights - to delete otherones bookings ON ROOM SCREENS.
    This action should also be recorded to the system booking ID.
