Condeco goes in "Stand By" mode too quick. Frequent users like our receptionists has to click "resume" button often. Ideally, we should be able to configure per tenant the idle time in the application.

Floor plan view - All Groups
It would be good if you could view the floor plan for personal spaces and have all groups open at once.
Probably an Admin only feature, but it would be useful to get a good overview of the entire floor without having to go through each group separately.

Create user groups instead of resource groups
The ability to create user groups instead of resource groups to allow restrictions to groups of users like (contractors or contingent workers) that differ from the permissions in the resource group settings. This would be very useful to restrict the number of desk bookings or days on which they can book desk in the office. For instance if you wanted to restrict them to only book desks on Mondays/Friday or a certain number of days. Global admins to make multiple desk bookings without any restrictions.
There should be setting to allow Global admin to book multiple spaces in the same Group without affecting other users and permission level.

Recurring bookings, if not able to self-heal remain as booked in the user's Outlook Calendar
If a recurring booking can't a venue for certain dates it will not take any action in Condeco and nothing will be booked. However the booking will still show as being in the requested venue in the User's Outlook Add In. It is reasonable to expect that a user looking in their Outlook Calendar will see the room that is actually booked, and if no venue is available then the Location should be blank. The option to hide office locations from users should be available, some might be new / old office location but the option to hide them from all users should be available for global admin level

Change the Book for somebody else - WEB version for a more user friendly one
Dear Condeco, we would like to ask you to change the Book for somebody else feature in Condeco WEB version to a more user friendly one.
Currently, when we select Book for somebody else, we got 5 fields which are dark and we cannot enter there any user data. To enter a user data, we need to click on Search and enter the last and first name of a user.

Limit the e-mail template "Applies to" functionality to just body of e-mail
The "Group Administration | E-mail Templates" module has a function after each e-mail template there you can select if the changes apply to just the group, the country, or globally. When you choose to apply to country or globally, it replaces everything including the recipient lines. The changes should only be limited to the body of the e-mail. We were trying to make consistent e-mail structures across all countries, but they have to have different recipients for each office's reception. This caused a major data cleanup.

Non default group restrictions - additional setup for VIP's
Dear Condeco, we need an additional solution to extend the Non default group restrictions setup or change the user profile setup as it is described below.
Currently you can set that function Non default group restrictions for everybody, but we need a solution, where a setup can be made just for a specific person.

Provide admin setting to define on e.g. per booking group/per site which booking workflow (meeting spaces or personal spaces) opens by default when opening the main app in the wep portal. We have sites with personal space booking only but here users are always landing in the meeting space worklfow by default cause we have this available at other sites.

Location filter for Groups in Administration
Unlike most admin fields when reviewing groups there is no filtering per location. this makes it sometimes difficult to view only the relevant groups for that location/region.
suggest to add the filter to simplify the update/review process.

Exchange sync service monitoring
Exchange sync is one of the most crucial functionalities for our implementation of Condeco. Last time this service stopped working, we have no idea until checking the Exchange room mapping settings, and it could have been down for a month at that point. Please provide a feature to notify admins when this feature is down, so that we can take actions in a timely manners

Disable Meeting Spaces on Condeco Portal
As an admin, I must have the ability to disable the 'meeting space' functionality on the Condeco Portal without impacting the ability for my users to continue reservations via their outlook calendar, so that users are not presented with conflicting experiences while booking a conference room.

Description Field when Personal Space Status Changes
When our Facilities Department closes a desk (due to broken equipment, etc.) we would like them to be able to track the reason for the closure for better management of those desks, and then edit/update that Description field once the desk is able to reopen.

Allow to override the number o Slots per Week for a user group by group
Today is only possible to override the user permissions for all groups at the same time (on the Preferred Attributes tab). Sometimes an Admin is requested to add extra slots for one user in an specific group and it is not possible

Notification for Meeting Room requests to Group Admins
When a Meeting Room must be requested a notification should be able to be setup to notify the Group Admins for that resource. As it currently stands, there is no way to ONLY notify admins for a specific group. If a user requests a meeting room in Group A, only the Administrators for Group A should be notified. Otherwise, if you have multiple groups, Admin will potentially get flooded with requests that they cannot approve.
