Allow users to provide feedback about a workspace
Incorporate survey after the meeting is over Staff should be able to provide the feedback about the room on the functionality of Projector, Plasma TV, Round Table, conference equipment, etc
This will help IT to improve the user experience in these meeting rooms
Example:
1. Feedback Email / form to be sent our once the meeting is over.
2, Feedback form hosted on Condeco screens at the end of the meeting.
3. Web app sending the feedback form once the meeting is over.
The idea is to gather information about the Meeting room usage and the overall experience of meeting room.

I suggest, if the desk you book has issues, supply a help button where we can describe the issue. This will prevent numerous people being disappointed with a loose monitor arm or missing electric cables for the monitor i.e. 4W 15 E (desk) has these issues mentioned, so I has to move and book a different desk.

Here a mail should be sent, since often rooms are booked by assistants and these do not participate in the appointment. The survey must then be forwarded to a participant by the booker and must be carried out.
