    Here a mail should be sent, since often rooms are booked by assistants and these do not participate in the appointment. The survey must then be forwarded to a participant by the booker and must be carried out.

    Extend search of bookings

    For bookings that lie in the future, the period under "Search bookings" should be longer than 3 months. The extension should be at least 1 year.
