Clear ID card from existing user account
We have recently had an instance where one user accidently entered the wrong PIN code whilst registering the ID card. The result was that the ID card was linked to another user and any room he booked with the ID card was booked in name of the other user.
After contacting support, it appears the system does not allow to clear ID cards from user accounts so the only workaround was to delete the user account and recreate it.
It would be very helpful if a function can be added to clear ID cards from user accounts like we have in other systems (e.g. follow me printing). This would also help when people "misplace" their ID cards and are being issued another card.

You can reset the user PIN number, which would also mean the RFID card would not work.

This is a great idea - this functionality should have existed a long time ago!
I've recently been told that it's a chargeable service to clear card data from user profiles, so this needs to be addressed ASAP!
This is the reply I was given when asking to clear card data from two user profiles:
"Please be advised that this would be a chargeable request and would incur an effort of half day"
OUTRAGEOUS that Condeco would try to charge me for something I am unable to do myself, even more so that they tell me I'll be charged for half a days' work to delete a single string of text from two user profiles!
