Dear Condeco, its been observed in recent times lot of employees are raising a concern that they are not able to reset their password on their own and are reaching out to the global admins to reset at the backend.

Currently employees can reset their password only if they remember memorable word, but generally people do tend to forget both their main password as well as the memorable word. Having memorable word as a mandatory step whilst resetting the password is making the task hectic for both global admins and employees and is leading to lesser utilization of the tool as this cycle has become repetitive and the employees are not much entertained to have this followed each and every time

Suggestion :- Kindly remove memorable word as a mandatory step, instead consider generating OTP and triggered to respective employee's E-Mail id. By entering the OTP the employees should be able to reset the password.
