Make Cost Codes mandatory for specific types or all of bookings
We need cost codes for all bookings (excluding set ups, return to default or no shows) no you cannot edit a booking older than 30 days cost codes are missing on some bookings in our reports and we cannot add this. Cost codes are now only mandatory on bookings with Catering. We should require this for all bookings and set up a dummy cost code or be able to select which 'types' of bookings require a cost code.

When booking a meeting room wouldn't it be easier if everybody could see who has it reserved and if it shows as a tentative reservation or confirmed reservation so that if we need the room (and it is in as tentative) we can go to the organiser and ask them if they can release it if not required?

Email notification for multi-room bookings
List all rooms that are participating in the meeting and not just the first room in the email notification

Email Configuration Options
Client has disabled "changes to booking" e-mail notification as meetings are moved a lot.
They only want booking change confirmation to be sent to requestor when booking date/time changes, not for room changes.
1 voteThank you for raising this idea to us. Being able to select which specific booking updates trigger emails is not something that is part of our roadmap however we will let you know if this changes in the future.
