Bypass Profile Default Group Settings Through User import
There should be no requirement to provide room defaults when room booking is not in use. Omnicom is using desk booking only on some of the instances and users are being requested to add room defaults.

Report for Room Bookings Made and Room Bookings Deleted
We would like a report that allows us to see when and by whom meetings are reserved and when and by whom meetings are deleted.

Report on rooms that we deleted for audit purposes
Report for deleted rooms. I could not find a report on rooms that we deleted. I felt that it should be a standard report to list rooms that were deleted with detail such as
1. Date Deleted
2. Room Name
3. Occupancy
4. Location
5. Facilities/Equipment in the room
6. Booking from date of deletion.This is for record purposes.

Utilization Report by Department
As we transition back to offices; it is imperative that companies are able to have a true understanding of how utilized their offices are. Not just by floor but also by department. This will allow strategic planning for future acquisitions, the ability to review additional workstation request alongside providing evidence on what teams, what days and what floors are the most and least utilized.

A report that would show all workspace types and the dates they are closed from and closed until.

Desk reports - introduce new custom fields
Add custom fields that will reflect actual desk bookable/opening times (group level) rather than just am times 00:00:00 to 11:59:00 and pm times 12:00:00 to 23:59:00 which are "by design" and misleading.

Desk listing
Can we have a report (in Advanced Reports) listing desks and showing which floor, location and Group they belong to? We have tried the Basic Resource Report but the Item Name is only shown for Rooms, Food etc and not for desks.

Improve data held in Azure Table Storage
Please add the following data to ATS so that we can build reports off it in PowerBI. Currently only booking data is available, so you can report on how many times a room is booked for example, but if there are no bookings for a room during your reporting period then it doesn't appear in the data at all. Likewise for the location data, it's impossible to build selection lists into a dashboard without this data.
Lists of the following objects configured in Condeco
a. Countries
b. Regions
c. Locations
d. Floors per location
e. GroupsList of desk resources…

Standard reports with visualisations
It would be better to get reports which already have visualisations so that one can choose the fields to bring in.
At the moment, there is more effort required to create visualisations

Display allergens in the printer-friendly version of the vendor report
In order to check allergens while consulting the printer-friendly version of the vendors report, chefs need to click back on the dropdown box, select allergens and link them to the right meeting, which is tedious and leaves them open to potential mistakes. Could you please add the Allergen/Intolerance/Preference information to the report so everything is captured all at once?

Legacy Desk Utilization By Date (Extended) allow selection of multiple groups
Desk Utilization By Date (Extended) only permits selection of 1 group at a time. Ideally convert this report to custom so multiple groups could be selected..

Add Business Category field to Basic user report

Roll call function for not just visitors but staff as well.
There is another idea on here regarding a real time check in report. I feel this would be an add on to that idea. With that report It would be good if you could access that information like a roll call function. The App has roll call for Visitors but not permanent staff. You should also be able to pull this information from the App, encase of an emergency and everyone needs to leave the building.

PowerBI Desk Booking template should be pointing to a dedicated staging Azure table just with Desk booking data
Refreshing data from the current PowerBI Desk Booking template takes more than 5-6 hours because of the sheer amount of data in our global company Booking azure table.
Suggestion to improve performance would be to have a separate Azure table/view pre-filtered with Desk bookings data only to be pointed to the PowerBI Desk Booking template - There could be a separate PowerBI template for Room bookings only.3 votes -

Please could you add an additional formatted report under 'User' for daily reporting
Please could you add an additional formatted report under 'User' for daily reporting. Currently I can run a report from the formatted report tab that allows me to see the user name, desk number, location, check in time and todays date. I ideally require the same report but with the option to change the date to a different date in the past and the option to filter the location - this is quite urgent as we are using this report for track and trace purposed during the Coronavirus
