Consolidate AM/PM into whole day on Reports
Currently the option is to Filter by AM/PM when running the report from the application, or Use Filters in Excel from the data provided. Whole Day functionality is not available and client is requesting this feature be added.

Automated Reports
It would be great to have an automated report function. Currently foor security purposes we run daily reports to see what visitor/staff/contractor passes have been signed back in each day and if any haven't.
This function would be useful for ALL other reports which are ran frequently also.

Ability to run a Single Event Detail (Banquet Event Order) report
We would like to have the ability to run a Banquet Event Order report (BEO).
BEO is an industry standard report used in hotels, conference centers, and banquets facilities.
The report should be specific to ONE event or booking ID and contains ALL details associated with that event.
It should include meeting name, date time location, contact info (host, requester, assigned responsible staff) and all resources or services requested, including item notes, separated by category, formatted to one document (can be multiple pages).
We should be able to choose which categories to include in the printout. This should be accessible…

Report that would give me a real time list of who has checked in to their desk
In our company, everyone has assigned desks by default. This sets everyone as "In the office" by default. If they don't update their status to "working remotely" it shows them being in the office when they are not. Would be great to get a report that would give me a list of people that had checked in to their desk on any given day (past + present) and not only past.

A report that shows the "linked rooms". Only the primary rooms get shown when rooms are linked.
When rooms are linked the report doesn't show both rooms. Just the primary room.

Ability to schedule reports automatically and receive emails at set frequency
Users want to be able to schedule reports to be automatically run on the database and emailed to them as per a specific schedule.

Show %Desks booked on the booking grid
Show the percentage of desks booked for each day on the desk booking grid in a column (below or beside) the date..

Real Time data with Power BI API
Today all data provided via the Power BI API it's 48 hours behind. It's extremly important to have an realtime updated data to be able to undestand these daily information:
- occupancy rate of the office and floors;
- who is working in the office and who is workiing remotly;Those are important information for HR and Facilities Manager to acelerate the ROI by having insights, for example to close/open floors (energy savings) and to manage cleaning and meeting room vendors.

Whole day reporting
Currently, when running a report for number of desk bookings, the report comes back with twice the number of bookings even though we are using whole day slots and not AM/PM slots.

Ability to use Crystal reports, allows flexibility in the creation of producing professional and visually appealing regularly used reports.

Group Configurations Report
A report that provides all the group configurations for all the groups. Most importantly, this report needs to capture all the options available in Edit Name/Deployment, and Application Setup. This report also needs to be available to run on demand.

Increase available data in Azure Table Storage
Please add additional data to Azure Table Storage to enable report creation via Power BI in addition to the currently available 'booking' data.
Examples of additional fields required:
User details table including 'Department'
Desks (all available desks in system)

A report of users booking on behalf of someone else
Provide the admin the ability to run a report on demand. This report would show the users booking on behalf of someone else. Include the booking creator user name, booked for user name, booking date and time, and location of user being booked for.

Be able to see all resources and users via Power BI API
Today, via the Power BI API we are able to see only the Fact Table. It's extremly important to be able to undestand the real usage of all created users and all creates resources via Power BI API.
Beeing able to see those informations will help managers to:
- Understand if the Change Management strategy was sucessfull by seeing the rate of created users vs. users really using Condeco's solution;

Date format when exported to excel should be in mmm/dd/yyyy format
So that we can use a formula in excel that will allow us to view the data as day of the week. At present we have to manually change the date format in each cell.

Date range in filters
Add a date range feature rather than saying last month, last week, today on the filters for the reports

Custom reports enabled for custom attributes.
For example, report all height adjustable desks, or all meeting rooms with video conferencing.

Improve reporting visuals and customizations
Please setup an app in Power BI to connect to Condeco for reporting. This will allow further customizations, better data manipulation and make reporting more user friendly.
