Real Time data with Power BI API
Today all data provided via the Power BI API it's 48 hours behind. It's extremly important to have an realtime updated data to be able to undestand these daily information:
- occupancy rate of the office and floors;
- who is working in the office and who is workiing remotly;Those are important information for HR and Facilities Manager to acelerate the ROI by having insights, for example to close/open floors (energy savings) and to manage cleaning and meeting room vendors.

Sort order incorrect if time set to 12 hour clock
When you have the time display set to 12 hour clock (with AM/PM display), sorting by date/time in reports ignores the AM/PM and puts it in order by hour (i.e. 1PM will be before 2AM) - support says this is default behavior to ignore AM/PM, but it results in incorrect sort order. I need my events/reservations in chronological order.

Users in the office reports
Enable the functionality for 'users in the office' reports to be run historically rather than just on the current day.
This report provides information on self certification and check in status and if not run in a 24hr period the data is then lost forever.7 votes -

Be able to see all resources and users via Power BI API
Today, via the Power BI API we are able to see only the Fact Table. It's extremly important to be able to undestand the real usage of all created users and all creates resources via Power BI API.
Beeing able to see those informations will help managers to:
- Understand if the Change Management strategy was sucessfull by seeing the rate of created users vs. users really using Condeco's solution;
- Undestand the real usage of all workspaces and undestand if it's important to reimagine the workplace.10 votes -

Make the ResourceID that appears on the Basic Resources Report populate the Resource Item ID rather than the Resource Type ID

Add "Time Period" and "Self-Certification" to Desk Reports & User Reports
Desk Reports & User Reports
Please add:
"Self-certification" data and "Time of certification" for any "Time Period" to Desk Reports.
Add "Time Period" for "Self-certification" and "Time of certification" column in the User Reports.
This would give both reports the option to run reports against total users in office during an open time period (not just a day) and Self Certification column which I believe is the best way to confirm a user is in the office as users will not always "Check-In", also Book day and Time does not mean the user came in to the office.

Make all standard fields available for reporting in Power BI
It seems obvious to me that it should be possible to pull through all standard fields for reporting in Power BI.
The specific field we need for our current reporting requirements is 'WorkspaceType'

Utilization Report by Department
As we transition back to offices; it is imperative that companies are able to have a true understanding of how utilized their offices are. Not just by floor but also by department. This will allow strategic planning for future acquisitions, the ability to review additional workstation request alongside providing evidence on what teams, what days and what floors are the most and least utilized.

Add a mapped to Outlook field in the custom reports
there is no easy way to find rooms in Condeco that have yet to be mapped to an Outlook calendar.

Sort 'Field Selection' window items alphabetically
Currently, the 'Field Selection' fields when editing or creating reports are displayed in no apparent order. From user experience perspective, it would make more sense to sort them alphabetically by default so the required fields are easier to find.

Whole day reporting
Currently, when running a report for number of desk bookings, the report comes back with twice the number of bookings even though we are using whole day slots and not AM/PM slots.
