Visitor: Adding a visitor (Improve functionality)
Currently when adding a visitor to the system, after typing two characters, the system freezes while a lookup is performed against the visitor database.
Can this time lag be reduced in order to facilitate adding visitors quicker (essentially changing the lookup till the end of the process, when adding the visitor to the system).
Currently this causes issues for reception and needs to be much quicker than it stands at the moment.

At times when using we add visitors on the system both Reception Computers hang at the same time. If one of us , comes out of the 'adding visitors square ' then the system stops hanging.
When we add a new visitor then click save/print , we , at times , get booted out. We have to go back in, locate the person we just added on and click , 3 prints before the Pass is printed.
We have Clients waiting and tapping their fingers, huffing and puffing it is really frustrating and embarrassing.
