Prevent Condeco from creating visits for emails that end in a certain domain.
Condeco creates visits whenever a booking is made in Outlook via Add-In (Sync exchange) and a distribution list or a shared mailbox is put in the attendees. Please develop a rule hat enables us to signal to condeco that EVERY email address that ends with our company domain should NOT be recognised as a visitor. The workaround to create forms accounts for 1000 + DLs and other variants is not viable solution, especially when a distribtion list with 5000 ppl and all of them get the condeco wlecome email for the new account. Email Notifications for visitors with no meetings
The option for 'On arrival notify me by email' is too generalised when no meeting is selected. would it be possible to set a message based on location for when visitors are marked as arrived?

Visitor email template should have the field Company available
When receiving email of visitor arrival, only the name is not enough to identify, specially if it is a supplier. We have to constantly ring reception to ask who has arrived.

Allow users to mark visitors as arrived
Allow users to mark visitors as arrived. Currently, users can create visitors but not mark as arrived. Admins have to mark as arrived. Functionality to give users the option would be welcome

I'm not quite sure why under the attendees tab, you have the last name first and the first name last. The old version wasn't like this so PA's don't even read the boxes, but also, when you are typing someone's name, you type John Smith, not Smith John. I know you can swap it over after, but i just preferred the old way

Moving bookings in Condeco
when moving bookings in the new Condeco, it does not give me the option to cancel that move like the previous version. what if the booker on the other end of the phone changes their mind? I have nowhere to put the new booking!!!!

We would like to be able to print visitor passes to multi-label (glue stickers) A4 sheets/pages.
We would like to be able to print visitor passes to multi-label (glue stickers) A4 sheets/pages, using a prepared template. The current set-up only allows us to print a tiny single print, which requires the purchase of additional accessories. This would enable our FOH/Receptionist to prepare guestlists and label packages pre-event.
