Ability to add visitors over a date period
When people are visiting they sometimes stay more than one day, I would prefer to enter visitors with a time period from when till when instead of only the first day, also if more than one person is visiting i would welcome a bulk input option!! thank you!

We’re happy to let you know that “the ability to add visitors over a date range” was included in our recent update, released today.
If you’re on Evergreen, you will get the update automatically as part of your Evergreen schedule. Alternatively, you can raise a request using My Condeco to get the update.

At the present moment, there is the only option for Adhoc creation of new visitors requests for a specific day. However, in some Visitor Management System, it will be useful to have the ability to pre-register the same visitor on recurring mode so that the system can pre-register the visitor for many days as selected by the host.

At present the visitor log only shows the first dayof the visit for an entry that is added for greater than one day. This feature does not provide a robust audit trail or fire list in the event of an emergency.

In visitor tab visitor information should be displayed for complete visiting period.
As of now the user visitor details are only available for that date range when the visitor was actually entered in the system.
for E.g. :
1. Add as visitor from '11/11' to '11/15' in "Visitor Details".
2. Now under "Find a Visitor" tab we can see the user details from range ‘11/11' to '11/15’.
3. Same details will not be availabe when the range is changed to ‘11/12’ to ‘11/15’.The admins have to enter the details daily for a visitor.
Could you please tweak the system to make the visitor available for entire visit period ? it would save lot of time for admins as they do not have to enter the visitor details daily.

Is there any way you can copy and paste vistors from one day to the next.
We do get the same visitor / vistors for a week or a month at a time.
This would be a big help. -

Add a recurring visitor functionality to the Visitor Module.
Examples:
1. A visitor is coming in for a meeting every day for two weeks
2. A visitor is coming in for a meeting every Monday for one month. -

I agree with prioritizing the feature of "registering a visitor for more than one day in a single submission" as it is really tedious for users who need to register visitors coming for more than 2 weeks without a perm pass issued.

We have contractors running our canteen facilities. Therefore they are logged as visitors on site every day Monday to Friday. Occasionally we have clients on site for a week too.
Is it possible to do a "copy visitor details" to save time entering details daily?

Ability to register a visitor for more then one day in a single submission that also allows the helpdesk to track their attendance each day (contractor passes need to be returned when the individual leaves the building a new pass is issued should they be required to return).
This would be also beneficial to have as a feature within the bulk upload CSV template options. Added additional fields ‘date from’ and ‘date to’ the system adds the visitor to everyday in that period.
