Visitor Details
Could the drop downs available for Purpose of Visit and Pass Type be adaptable, so each business can add in their own categories.
Currently
Pass Type only offers Contractor and External Visitor
Purpose of Visit only offers Internal Visitor and External Visitor
Both fields are very limited and do not allow us to drill down on the types of visitors we have through the door or which types of passes are being requested most often.

It would be extremely useful to have an extra drop-down list field where users could choose pre-determined visitor types like: Client, Prospect, Vendor, Interview etc.
Ideally an admin would be able to customise the the visitor type options according to the business requirements.
