Visitor Direction Email also for internal participants
For now, visitor direction Emails are only sent to meeting participants marked as "external". But since we have different locations, the feature should also be activated for internal participats when the checkbox is checked.
Otherwise users activate the checkbox and think that a direction mail is sent to a colleague from a different site, but in reality this mail is not sent.
