    In regards to "https://condeco.uservoice.com/forums/912481-desk-booking/suggestions/42937590-desk-booking-reminder-email-day-before" and "https://condeco.uservoice.com/forums/912475-mobile/suggestions/40788760-support-for-mobile-app-push-notifications".

    It would be great to receive a push notification the day before you've booked (e.g. 1 p.m. local time) to release the booking, when not needed anymore.
    This would be for "late" bookers, to still get a place.

  2. On opening the mobile app, it should say "updating" whilst it waits for details of where you are working

    On opening the mobile app, it should say "updating" whilst it waits for details of where you are working. Currently it says "You are working remotely today" and then after 10 or 20 seconds seconds it changes to say "You are working in the office today" ... but most people dont wait 10 seconds .. they just start trying to book a desk

  3. Book for external users on Mobile app

    Currently there is no way to book a desk for someone who does not have Condeco account via mobile, can’t find “is External” in mobile app, can do from desktop. Can I please suggest this feature is added as it will be of great use .

    The Mobile Application needs to show information as reflected in the Web Applications 'Latest News' section. Especially in case of important information that we need our users to see when using the Mobile Application.

  5. notification

    Receive a notification for check-in. Employees reserve a personal space (desk or office) prior to arriving in the office and they forget don't check in, thinking because they reserved the desk it is all done. Once they arrive at the office they should receive a notification telling them to check in. Geolocation settings.

  8. Have other users presence automatically appear in addition to simply yours.

    Have other users' presence appear automatically when viewing the floor plan, in addition to simply yours. This would immediately provide a visual representation of attendance in the space.

  9. Mobile app needs to respect default booking period defined in group

    Our meeting room groups all have the 'Default Booking Period' to '30 Minutes'. The web app respects these increments. However, the mobile app allows meeting rooms to be booked in 15-minute increments. A further impact is that reception teams are unable to confirm requests that begin or end on '15' or '45'. Condeco has confirmed this issue. The mobile app should respect the default booking period defined in each group.

    A user can see on the floorplan in the web, who has booked a desk – but this option is not available on the mobile app.

  11. Scalebility in MobileApp floorplan after booking

    The topic of mobile application floor plan.

    It is absolutely useful to be able to scale the floor plan exactly as it was before the booking after a booking. If an employee has to work at a branch where he/she has never been before, he/she does not know his/her way around and has to search for the exact location of the workstation. To properly orient myself, it would make sense to see the complete floor plan and then potentially rescale it if necessary. The strange thing about this is that it used to be possible. So it was programmed out.…

  12. Location Sync from Web to Mobile

    It should be basic usability of the mobile application that when location changes are made on the web version, it should synchronise to the mobile version.
    Eg. Adding/removing attributes, or locations on your environment, if they change on your web version it should be reflective on the mobile version.

    "Please be informed that I've checked this with our Engineering team, and they've informed us that this is an expected behavior for the mobile application as per design.

    Whenever a location is added/removed, the users will have to logout from the mobile application and then log back in for the changes…

    To be able to change the default to "You’re not working" instead of Working Remotely
    And/or can we Change or add the options to:
    1. I am not working
    2. I am working from home
    3. I am on another Chubb Site
    4. I am at a client site/external workshop

  14. When deleting a booking in the Mobile App, it should also delete in Outlook

    We use the Condeco Add-in for Outlook. When deleting a booking in the Mobile App, it should also delete the appointment in Outlook. I don't understand how deleting the booking in the Mobile App releases the Microsoft 365 Resource, but will not delete the Outlook Appointment it created itself. Why can it create an appointment in Outlook but not delete? If we delete from the Mobile, then we have to open Outlook and delete from there as well. This is not efficient, and can create confusion for the user.

  17. Mobile app grey scale

    The results list when viewing desks booked for a colleague or future bookings is all grey scale. This makes it difficult to quickly identify days, or bookings - is if possible to add some color to this or look at the design to make this more visible rather than the all grey view as it is.

  18. Deep linking to pull up the mobile apps

    Rogers Communication would like the ability to use a campus app. When the end user is in the campus app and selects book a desk, they would like for the Desk App to be opened.

    This allows users to only have to worry about using the campus app and not the 10 plus apps used by the client.
