A one touch button or App that works with Zoom so that I can start the Zoom meeting when I walk in the room
We have currently deployed Zoom solution throughout our company for audio and videoconferencing, and we would like attendees/hosts to be able to press a button to join the meeting from a simple interface.
This need is very important for us because if the 2 solutions do not manage to discuss between them, we will meet big problems of use for the users.

You’ll be pleased to know that this is already available now.
Our understanding is that you want a user journey where users can go into a meeting room and join the meeting at the touch of a button. Some of the video conferencing companies such a Zoom and Skype have created “Zoom Room Systems” and “Skype Room Systems” that allow you do this.
With our Office365 sync feature you’ll be able to join the meeting when you walk into the room and press the button.

Yes, that works when booking from Outlook and synchronizing an Exchange room mailbox to Condeco. Unfortunately, there are limitations to this approach (setup/tear-down time, managed rooms, assistant delegation, recurring meetings).
What is needed is the ability to book from Condeco (Web) and add the Zoom to the Codeco to the booking. Condeco would include the Zoom info in the Exchange invite that goes to the room, where Zoom can pick it up.

upon reading these comments I would echo the same. I work at Zoom, and, have many customers leveraging Condeco to book room resources and a native integration between Condeco and Zoom would be amazing!

Can you work on another solution than O365 sync which does not support setup clean-down time?
We would like Condeco to offer a similar tool as sync which can be a one-way sync with Exchange calendars supporting Condeco services with setup/clean-down time -

It sounds like you want a user journey where your users can book a meeting room in Outlook and add the video conferencing such as Zoom/Teams/Skype.
This is already available now - using our Office365 sync feature.
As CS mentioned in his response, users simply have to book a meeting in Outlook and once they have added the rooms they require, they can add video conferencing. As long as you have Zoom/Skype Room Systems, etc, you will be able to join the meeting when you walk in the room

An update on this from me. We are not rolling out the outlook plug-in. The reason being in order for '1 touch' to work it books the room, the problem is Condeco Outlook plug-in does the same thing. We are therefore going to get our users to book within Outlook which will sync back to Condeco and then make our end users go into the Condeco portal to order catering, see the room layout etc..
if anybody has done this, or done it a different way, i'd love to hear from you!
