Zoom meeting integration
It would be incredible useful to have zoom links auto generate when booking through Condeco. Specially as the outlook integration is working smoothly.

Outlook Integration - Add more options for admins e.g. Turn off feature, Unticked by default
For the new Outlook Integration we noticed in our environment that the feature can cause issues with our MTR rooms. People forgetting to untick the Outlook option when booking on behalf of.
Would be good to edit the global setting to Turn off the feature or untick Outlook by defaultIn addition, a really amazing option would be for us to edit if certain users can see the Outlook option or not, users such a reception team or PA/EAs do not need this feature and can end up causing issues so it would be good to edit specific accounts to…

Identifiable context in Equipment Mailbox configuration
As requested in Ticket 447155 please find Feature Request.
Our Exchange admins would like to see some specific identifier in headers, API, subject or similar that they could use to create Exchange rules to identify bookings from Condeco platform.
e.g. allow a customisable template to be used for meetings booked through Outlook/App in which we could add "CB" (Condeco Booking) to the meeting subject.
This way we could block all other requests and thus only accept those made through Condeco1 vote -
Floor plan improvement
When viewing the floor plan, automatically show workstations that have been booked and display the photo...if available of the individuals that's booked it instead of having to search and then click on the workstation to see this data.

User Story for the case#383418 - under desk booking-API
Dear CONDECO,
Below are the requirements:-
- Required:- We need Desks Booked and Desks Available from one table/API Itself as unable to join the different tables as lack of unique ID/Column, Current:- We have 2 different tables for each without any Unique ID/Column to join the both tables.
- Required:- We need to apply the filters before extracting the data from condeco especially date and country filters. Current:- We need to extract full data then will apply the filters.
- Required:- We need to refresh the Condeco table data as faster. Current:- Its taking at least 7-8 Hours to refresh the data.

Allow admin to booking outside the booking window in Outlook/Exchange
If the booking window is set to 4 months then admin (eg PAs) can book outside this for say the following year to book board meetings etc. This is possible in the App so need Outlook to understand the admin rights.

On the reporting tool, the users want to the see AV services information attached to the meeting room what they can see on the condeco application.

Ability to customise the 'Add services to your booking' email generated by M365 integrated booking
We need to be able to customise the details presented in the 'Add services to your booking' email.
We need to decide what services should be shown and/or the pricing associated with the items.

SCIM integration Standards
Update the SCIM integration to use the SCIM protocal standards for endpoint capitalization. The current use of lowercase in the 'users' and 'groups' endpoints does not allow functionality across all standards-compliant IdPs.

Allow PurposeOfVisit in Visitor_CreateVisitor_V1 API to allow other values
The Visitor API has been designed to support UnKnown = 0, InternalVisitor = 1, ExternalVisitor = 2 and no other values. Suggest to enhance this feature as it does not make sense to have only 2 values accepted.

Provisioning of administrative roles (Global Admin, Country Admin e.g.) via API
Currently, it is not possible to provide admin roles to users via external API (SCIM).
Idea is to manage these over Azure/AD groups in the same way like group mapping for restricted ressources.

Fully manage Condeco Connect screens via an API
It would be amazing if we could do the following via an API for Condeco Connect:
- Get all devices in a given regions and on a given floor
- Set device settings for a given device
- Manage admin accounts: Get, Add and Remove
- Restart a deviceEssentially mimic what you have in the Condeco connect management portal.

Desk Cancelation API Endpoint
This will allow an external system to use the API to see which desks are canceled at a given date/time. In our scenario it will help to manage parking space (via desk booking) and have proper billing via thirs party application.

API: Visitor Listener - Multiple Visitors in one notification and Multiple Ids for Visitors over multiple days
Due to the way visitors are created in Condeco there is a visitor id / record created for everyday a visitor is visiting. This means any action will send multiple Ids in a single notification. Equally if a meeting is created and multiple visitors are created in that meeting, a notification is sent for multiple visitor ids for multiple visitors.
In most use cases of the visitor listener I would imagine the applications they are posting to are doing some sort of deduplication of this data as they will only need one Id per visitor to retrieve their information. As…

API get desk details
While you can use the POST Desk API endpoint to create and modify desks, you are unable to verify the information that currently exists on a desk. It will help customers keep the desks updated with the right values if they can retrieve the current desk information. Information customers are looking for are:
- External ID
- Resource Group
- Assigned User

Default floor and group in SCIM API
Customers would like the ability to set default location values for users in the SCIM API. This would include not just the country and location, but also the floor and group. This would be on parity with the user important process for provisioning users in the application.
