Kiosk pre-selected desk shouldn't be booked until user selects "Confirm and Exit"
If the user opts to book a different desk to the one that has been pre-selected then, without this change, the user receives 2 confirmation emails. As is stands, this causes unnecessary email traffic and confusion for the user. It is also not consistent behaviour for the kiosk.

I agree - It would be better to let the user select the preferred desk or office then auto-allocate a random desk without user confirming the booking...

I agree. This is confusing for the user and needs to be changed. We may need to create a sign for the kiosk explaining this behavior to users.

Users prefer it if they will be allowed to select desks themselves and not auto-allocate the desk to them. And the behaviour should be similar to the web and mobile app.

When user clicks on "Book A Desk" from Desk Kiosk, a desk is booked by default.
We would prefer if the desk can be selected by the user.Also, a booking notification for the the default Desk booked and cancellation is sent out to he user which was not actually booked (default desk) and looks misleading over mail

I agree - this behaviour is incorrect on the kiosk. You should be able to pick the desk you want just like the Web App and then confirm it.
