  1. Dogs in the Office

    Different colour for booked tables with dogs.

    Add another question when booking a table that allows you to also check in your dog. Colleagues can see which table has been booked (grey) and which person has also brought their dog to work (e.g. yellow).
    This would be very helpful for people who are afraid of dogs or have allergies and want to stay away from tables with dogs.

  2. Ability to create multiple teams within "Find your Team"

    Especially for setups where one employee can be part of different teams or project groups, it would be great to be able to create multiple "teams" within the "Find your team" menu as it can become very overwhelming quickly if you have e.g. more than 10-15 team members in only one single list. In that case, you would have to scroll and eventually don't even see your own office days anymore.

    UI-wise, selecting the teams could be implemented by a respective dropdown field below the "date selector" or by an "accordion" list in the "Your team members" section (i.e. to…

  3. Ability to see historical data of who booked a desk

    The ability to see historical data of who booked a desk would be useful when turning up to a desk to find someone has left their personal belongings. I know we could contact facilities to get this info but this would cut out the middle man and allow us to message the person and say, did you leave your jumper / specs / charging cable / headphones etc

  4. Include closure reason in Booking Cancellation mail.

    Currently, a user whose booking is cancelled due to a desk closure does not receive any further information on why the desk was closed, leading to confusion and follow-up questions (e.g. with floor managers, personal assistants, group admins etc.).

    As a reason must be provided to perform a closure anyways, it would be good to include this reason in the respective booking cancellation mail. This would lead to more transparency and less confusion with the users.

    Booking Grid - Search entire building/site instead of individual floors. In the Booking Grid under Personal Spaces, we can only search by floors and not the entire building. Can you add an ALL option to search all floors of one building/site? Thank you.

  6. QR Code Desk Booking

    Please add the feature to book a desk via QR code.

    This would allow users to walk up to a desk, scan the QR code with their phone camera(ideally outside the app) , and book it on the spot.

    This would make booking a desk quick and easy.

    Business is raising the idea of “waiting list”
    In case I am not lucky when booking parking and desks for some future days, I could sing up to waiting list and Condeco could notify me (via email?) that some places are now released and I could try again or some place would be automatically assigned to me.

  8. Automatically unassign people when we delete them from the user base

    We have connected our user base through IAM and SSO.
    We automatically remove users that don't belong to the company anymore.
    But people, who have left the company keep an assigned desk which makes no sense for me. Is it possible to automatically unassign a desk when someone is removed from the user database?

  9. Book a different desk for each day for whole week

    Would be great to have an option to choose how I want to book a desk for a week. Currently, if you try to search for a desk for whole week, it will search a single desk that will be available for all of those dates. Would be good to have a possibility to change that to choose a specific desk for each day (include a calendar in Floor Map) to quickly navigate through the dates and choose a desk from a map.Add those desk "in cart" and then confirm all those bookings in single click.     Appointments in Outlook for booked desks should be customizable. The time when the appointment for this day is in Outlook should be adjustable, also the title of the appointment as well as the duration of the appointment should be adjustable for the administrator

    Current functionality only allows to set a maximum of slots per week or month. Suggest adding the ability to set a maximum of slots per day. Users are currently only coming to the office once but are booking multiple desks on the same day for their colleagues

  15. Reminders from Condeco System not using ICS Files

    It would be great if Condeco came up with a solution to get desk booking reminders and meeting reminders from the Condeco system not having to use the ICS File option.

    This could be setup as an option under Location, Group or even (best option) specific personal selection in user profile, select an option for a reminder of your bookings and select a time of day you would like to receive them the day before, 48 hours before etc.

  18. change auto cancellation date for a closed resource

    Bookings created under a resource that is closed are cancelled when the scheduler runs on the day before a booking. This also sends a cancellation email. Sending a cancellation a day before is not enough time to look for another resource.
    there should be an option to send a cancellation notice for existing bookings at the time the resource is being closed.
