Automate the process of setting the desk resource from “Awaiting Sanitization” to “Available”
Hoping to have a function where the Desks will automatically change the state to “Available” at a predefined (e.g., 12 am / 0000H) daily so that employees can then search and book the desks.

Milton, there currently is an option in the system to automate this process, however it is currently not working properly. It is explained here.

The current issue is that it is not releasing the desk back into circulation although it has been marked completed on the cleaning vendor portal.
