Add line manager approval to booking of desks.
When a person books a desk, the request is workflowed through the line manager to approve before being confirmed to the user in terms of the banks new ways of working and to enable removal of the access permits for all staff and facilitate security providing access to the building. Together with this, one would need to have a lead time for booking of desks of 24 hours - this should all be parameter driven.

Theres interest in our organization as well on this matter, we do have need for that more detailed level in managing desks, offices and other spaces.
