Additionally I have asked the Product Team to look at the possibility of exposing the Position column in the database into the application and have a dropdown list of 1 to the number of resources in the application. That way you can view all the resources in a single page, set their corresponding position number and then save the entire group in one go.
The current method is far too time consuming of moving resources up and down using arrows especially when you have groups with large numbers of resources in them (like Personal Spaces).
