It would be great if Condeco had the ability to let you know if a desk you would like to sit at, but has been booked out from under you, frees up.
So say you go to book your desk but see someone has got there before you, could you enable some sort of tracker on it to receive a notification if that person decides not to attend the office and frees up the desk?
There's someone who is notorious in our office for block booking desks 2 weeks before when they have no intention of attending. Once we realise the desk has freed up, it's usually too late then (you usually find out on the day itself) when you come in and see someone else sitting there.
Also, it's quite tedious having to check every single day to check if she has freed up the desk or not.
This would be so super and would take the pressure off (i) frantically trying to book the desk of a Sunday night before she gets it from under you and (ii) having to check Condeco every single day to see if she's freed it up yet.
