Please check the implementation of "Personal Space reminders through the use of 'ICS Files'". The selectable timeframes only make sense to a certain extend as they always refer to the start of a respective group's check-in time.
This leads to the following behaviour:
If a group has a check-in period starting at 6 am, the booking reminder would either pop up at (depending on the ICS reminder setting provided in the brackets)
5.45 am (15 minutes)
5.30 am (30 minutes)
5 am (1 hour)
4 am (2 hours)
6 am the day before (24 hours)
6 am two days before (48 hours)
None of these options make much sense to us as our users are either probably not yet at their computers at these times or the reminders are too much ahead of time.
It would be great to have "in-between-times" (e.g. 14/15/16 hours, so that the reminder would pop up at 4/3/2 pm the day before the booking, depending on the check-in period) or even have a possibility to set custom hours (of course within a given period of e.g. 1-48 hours).

It would be great if Condeco came up with a solution to get desk booking reminders and meeting reminders from the Condeco system not having to use the ICS File option.
This could be setup as an option under Location, Group or even (best option) specific personal selection in user profile, select an option for a reminder of your bookings and select a time of day you would like to receive them the day before, 48 hours before etc.
We don't currently use the ICS File feature as I think it creates more confusion for the end user rather than fixing a reminder issue about a future booking.
The ICF File sitting at 7AM check in time and providing a reminder with a preselected option of hours to days but not being able to customise it does not really work well. As outlined here: https://condeco.uservoice.com/forums/912481-desk-booking/suggestions/47558060-please-check-the-implementation-of-personal-space
Thanks for reading and considering :)
