Desk booking reminders - Day before
A desk booking reminder email the day before the booking would be great, the option you brought out is not good enough, we don't want anything to be sent to calendars, we just want an email to go to the user who booked the desk the day before around 3pm so they can see if they still need the desk and if not free this up for others to book. 10am on the desk of the booking makes no sense as everyone will already be in the office therefore after this seat is free it is not seat in.

 commentedA number of our high traffic office locations have limited seating, and users are unable to find seats the night before because all of the seats are spoken for with a reservation - the next morning when check in and bump time is implemented a lot of the seats open up - is there any way to send an additional email the night before so that people can remember to release their seats if they do not plan on coming into the office? currently, only one reminder can go out in the morning before bump time.

 commentedCould you provide an auto-generated email sent 2 days before someone has a desk booked to remind them they have a desk booked and to cancel if not needed? Ideally, we would be able to control which office this reminder email is generated for, e.g. we turn it on for offices that are heavily booked, and it is off for other offices
