The new update shows all desks in grey if you have a desk already booked so you can't double book. However many of our users book for others and it would be extremely useful if desks available for others were shown in a different colour.
For example:
Show an available desk as green if you personally haven't booked a desk for that day.
Show an available desk as amber if you personally have a desk booked but there are available desks of which your colleagues can be booked into that day.
Desks compeltely booked out for the day remain grey with initials.
People do tend to be drawn to colours and it is easy for quick reference.
