  1. Update quick search to show only results that meet a users preferred attributes

    Currently the quick search results from either the today page or under personal spaces -> home show all available resources not just those that meet a users preferred attributes.

    This causes user issues as they book a desk and then find out that it doesn't meet their needs.

    Only under the floor plan view or "Book a personal Space" menu do users see the stars showing desks that meet their needs.

  2. Bumped desks to go back into circulation rather than 'Awaiting cleaning' status

    At the moment if a desk is bumped because it hasn't been checked into or used the desk automatically goes to 'Awaiting Cleaning' status. It would be useful for bumped desks that haven't been used to go back into general circulation for booking rather than to 'Awaiting cleaning' as the desk will have been cleaned the previous evening so wouldn't need cleaned again.

  3. Desk bump after no check in should not create a cleaning request. It makes the space unusable.

    Cleaning Request - When a desk is booked, but no used or checked in, it creates a cleaning request and renders the space unusable. Your current Bump email notification states that it has been made available for others to book, but this is incorrect. the space is awaiting cleaning. This needs to be corrected. When a desk is bumped without any check-in, it should do what you say it should, release the booking so it is available for others to book, not automatically mark it for cleaning.

  4. Bulk Update/Import new personal spaces

    Being able to quickly update or import new desks with a CSV upload would save much time. The initial setup was done with a CSV upload so i dont see why this should not be made available to all Admin users.

  5. Find A Colleague - View where they are sitting without having a pop up message about not being able to book a desk on that floor

    It is really confusing to our employees that a message pops up saying "You do not currently have access to book a personal space on this floor.." every time they click the View button on the Find A Colleague page. This message is not necessary until the user actually tries to book a desk in that area, which is later in the workflow. Our main use case for this feature is to find where others are sitting that day when a meeting is going to take place or they want to talk with them in person. This pop up is…

  7. desk booking for others on a daily basis, even if self-certification is activated

    We would like to be able to make bookings for others on a daily basis, even if self-certification is activated. It should then still be possible for the person for whom the booking was made to self-certify at check-in.

  8. AM/PM -Full Day Global setting

    The Global setting for AM/PM or Full Day can only be set for all locations. You cannot have both setting in a location or more so, two different locations. i.e. London and Asia where different Government working guidelines /practices require different settings.
    It would be useful to have this as a setting on the Applications set-up for Locations

  9. View for reception teams of who is in the office across groups

    A view for reception teams to see who in in the office today, across groups. Reception teams tend not to have administrator access so do not have access to reports.

    Original idea:

    It is wished by many in our office (especially the receptionists, because their task is to have the overview) that you can get a complete overview of alle booked personal spaces of all locations, groups and floors in the booking grid.   10. Summary tab for Desk Booking

    This is similar feature we have in room booking where in we can see the who made the booking, when the booking was made, when it was edited, checked-in, released, etc. This feature or the capability to see the booking history would be a big help for the users/admins to a initial investigation for booking issues.

    There are tabs for Fixed personal space and Upcoming bookings; Flexi personal spaces are populated under the Fixed personal space. This is confusing. Would be more clear if there were three tabs: Fixed personal spaces, Flexi personal spaces and Bookable personal spaces.

    Allow closing Zones or Locations for multiple days. Today it is only possible to close them for just one day or some days in a row. This simple improvement would allow clients to block zones or locations during holidays, scheduled maintenance, sanitization, etc.

  13. Non Default Group can book further in advance then Primary group

    Secondary(Non Default Group) can book further in advance then the Primary group.

    We have an Employees group and a Directors group. Majority of our desks are setup in Employees group. Employees are allowed to book 2 weeks in advance and Directors should be allowed to book 5 weeks in advance.

    With current setup this is not possible; "Advance Period (Days) in Non-Default group cannot be greater than in Primary group."

  14. Consistent Floor Map views across all menu options and mobile

    when booking a desk from Today Page, Home Page, Find a Desk and the mobile app each shows a slightly different view of the floorplan and inconsitent labeling of desk meta data

    These should be standardised across all options

  15. "Imperative" vs. "wishes" attributes selection when booking

    When booking a desk with imperative attributes (Mac Only for example), it appears with a star only, not very visible, in all the bookable desks. Some other search attributes are plus, not must haves. If a product doesn't exits in a search engine, the reply should specify it, but suggest other answers. "We haven't find a desk matching ALL your criterias, but we can offer you this..."

  16. Fixed Desk being released when user changes their status

    We assign fixed desks to workspaces such as offices that should only be used by one person while allowing others to find their location and status in the system. Currently fixed desks are being released to be reserved by others when the assigned user changes their status from “In the Office” to “Working Remotely”. As we believe that this should be a functionality of a Flexi-Desk, I would like to request the trigger be removed so that when a fixed desk user changes their status from “In the Office” to “Working Remotely that their desk is not be made available…

  17. Visibility of open groups based on default country / region / location

    Currently, open groups are visible to any Condeco user within a given tenant, regardless of their default country / region / location. This might lead to confusion, as e.g. German users don't necessarily need to see the open groups of USA or UK.

    Instead, it would be great to have the possibility to restrict the visibility of an open group in a e.g. German location only to the users that have Germany set as their default country. This restriction could be extended until location level.

  18. Edit desk attributes from floor plan

    We want to be able to change the desk attribute from the floor plan, e.g. if you right click the green dot, as a global admin it would be helpful to change the attribute from this page, rather than locating via all the navigation menus.

  19. Advance schedule for opening / closing desks

    An option to open/close desks at specific times in the future. Due to covid we have many closed floors. The current admin options are limited and require significant manual effort. There is a lot of admin burden in opening and then closing desks for certain periods.

  20. Allow Individual Users to come into the office more than their Group's assigned quota

    Able to change permissions so individual users can come into the office more than the quota set for their current Group.
    Currently in Group Settings, you can allow for example 10 days PCM for a group to be in the office. When you want to change a user to be able to come into the office more than the 10 days PCM you cannot do this in user permissions, as the settings is weekly, and the 2 portals do not match. They should both be given the option to set up as days/weeks or months.
