1. If the person has not checked in, after 10am desks should be released for others to use

   Many desks are booked but it seems people forget to cancel them which doesn't allow anyone else to sit on them during the day. It would be great that if a person does not check into their desk to allow them to be released after 10am so that someone else can book them

2. Disable "Find a colleague" menu option

   Recently the "Find a Colleague" menu option has appeared on the menu bar, the client is not using Personal Space bookings and would like this option to be hidden.

   In our latest update which is released onto Evergreen this weekend, we have made many changes to the Find a Colleague page.  You can now create a team of key colleagues and see when they are planned to be in the office on a weekly schedule. As a user's status doesn't necessarily rely on desk bookings, we feel that this feature is useful even for customers who only book meeting spaces through Condeco.
