Ability to Disable Work Status
The client should be given an option where he can choose to enable or disable the Work status feature on a Global Level. The reason being, there are some client who would want to use majority of their desks as assigned (Flexi) desks and would only want their users to check-in whenever they come to the office. As the clients now a days want the ir checkin periods to be extended for whole days, the work status really does contradict with the setup. Hence the request for disabling the work status would come handy to clients.

Prompt for user acknowledgement of customer-specific Privacy Policy and publish reference to same policy on GUI (mobile App AND web)
Users need to be notified on how their data will be collected, processed and stored. They should acknowledge the data privacy policy in effect with Condeco (at least on first use). A link to the policy should also be advertised in the GUI of both the Mobile APP and the browser APP at all times. Condeco's overall Privacy policy presumes that all configuration options are turned on. We should be able to advertise a Condeco data privacy policy that reflects only those features that are accessible (for instance, we've disabled the booking grid and do not have users self-certify to…

Ability to report on attributes of a space
Having the option to report on which rooms have what facilities available, example whiteboards, projectors, Voice Conference etc would be good. That way if someone is looking to book a room with a particular facility we can recommend or let them know which ones fit their requirements.

Under Book a Meeting Space and Book a Personal Space, extend the location and group boxes so you can see the full name.
Requesting to extend location and group boxes to show full name. Both boxes are extremely small and don't currently show the full name of our location or group which makes it hard to search.

Users should be able to update their availability status (working remotely, in the office, not working) if they have an assigned desk.

Show future bookings on the welcome / today page
Improve the user experience by adding future bookings to the welcome / today page. Currently there is a lot of unused space that could be used to provide users with an overview of upcoming bookings.

Department drop-down list in user profile should be sorted.
The department drop-down list in user profile is not sorted making updating the user's department difficult. Users have been complaining that they have to scroll through the list several time before they could find their department.
Department should be sorted in alphabetical order to make it easy for users to find their department to update.

The current Services (AV Services, Catering, Supplies, and Equipment) are not applicable to our needs and it'd be nice if we could retitle or add/remove services.

Adjust DCS sheet - 'Floors above ground' to 'Floors above ground floor'
Currently, in the DCS sheet (sheet 'Locations', column H) a customer is requested to enter the 'Floors above ground'. The caption could lead to the impression that there is a ground 'line' and everything below it is 'below ground', everything above is 'above ground' - however, in that way of understanding, the ground floor would also be 'above ground'.
What you actually ask for though is 'Floors above ground FLOOR' because you already assume a ground floor - however, this assumption is neither reflected in the columns caption, nor in the comment of the column cell, nor in the instructions…

Make the status on the Today page more flexibel
It should be possible to choose from different options and to be able to change the status on the today page. E.g. working in the office, working remote, working remote within Germany, working remote from another country etc.

Ability to have a duplicate floor
When facility managers are handling move scenarios, they quite often need to make changes to floor plates and neighbourhoods as a result.
Would it be possible to have the ability to define a duplicate floor (with an option to define it against personal space / meeting spaces or both) in the system but have it in an inactive state until such times it needs to be made active?
The existing floor could be deactivated (with any bookings automatically cancelled against the affected resources) and then the new floor can be made active.
This would help facility managers better handle situations…

ICS file naming protocol
Update the ICS file naming protocol from 'Desk' to 'Personal Space'. As we can now create a variety of workspace types the ICS file should reflect this e.g. a car park booking should show in your calendar as 'CAR PARK' not 'DESK' as it currently does

Improve website/app syncing issues
The website and the application don't seem to sync. As an admin, I frequently check in with my app, and then need to make updates to the program using the website. This causes two issues:
1) On a number of occasions, my web view has not recognized that I have already checked in with the app. If I don't then check in with the web version, the system seems to think I never checked in at all. I've been bumped from my desk at least twice in this scenario.

To assist with troubleshooting of panel issues, there should be a way to enable a collection of complex or detailed panel logs to find out the root cause. It does not have to be enabled for all panels, but turn on/off solely for troubleshooting purposes.
