Being able to add attendee details to meetings when booking via the mobile app would be beneficial as a lot of bookings are made via the mobile app and we require these details often for security and fire safety reasons.

Remove honorific "Miss" ("Fräulein in German translation) or make honorifics changable via global config
It would be nice if the honorific "Miss" was removed, as it seems antiquated in English and even has a derogatory touch in German ("Fräulein").
Another option would be to make the honorfics managebale in the global settings, so that each company can act individually.

Adding or Updating Cost Code
Would like to suggest to have the user with normal permission to be able to add or update 'Cost Code' on their profile.

Under Book a Meeting Space and Book a Personal Space, extend the location and group boxes so you can see the full name.
Requesting to extend location and group boxes to show full name. Both boxes are extremely small and don't currently show the full name of our location or group which makes it hard to search.

Profile update without terminating browser session
Condeco informs us that a profile update does not take effect until the user terminates the browser session and starts a new session. A user will expect the profile to be updated when they press the save button. Furthermore, they are not prompted to terminate the session.
Normal behavior should be that the profile is updated once the save button is clicked.2 votes -

allow users to have their country's calendar
we have clients that request calendar to show their country's public holidays. that would reduce alot of manual work for admins (manually closing desk/room, notice users that they have book a desk/room on public holiday etc.

Notification mails: different font
The notification mail (confirmation of booking) has differents fonts in one mail.

HR Feed - Add option to filter on specific OU within the AD forest
With existing intelligence of the HR Feed logic, only way to filter out information from that structure on AD would be by using the Extensionattributes.

Add the option for defining start and end date for delivery requests/bookings
Make it possible to arrange delivery only bookings which have a range with more than 1 day.
Add the option for defining start and end date for delivery requests/bookings.
Atm you can´t set up a delivery booking (without any room booking involved) which has a range with more than 1 day, there´s just no selection field to set up a longer duration.
We like to have this function improved to have a longer duration of the delivery bookings.

Color Codes for Users in the advanced booking grid
Color Codes for Users in the advanced booking grid.
can you adjust the advanced booking grid view for normal users to see the color codes of the meeting typ? At the moment these users can only see the color codes in the normal booking grid.
Only group administrators an higher privileged users can see the color codes in both grids atm.

Team Day - Create an Event For The Department
There is a lot of interest about TEAM DAY functionality. In general, users like it but managers want more features to CREATE a team day event; aka they want to create a team day name, invite their users, set a zone for booking, reserve rooms for the event/events, customize email invites, etc. How possible is this?

Checkbox by YourTeam entries to allow multiple selection
At this time, the YourTeam list can be edited only by selecting a single line and clicking Remove. Allow multi-selection to be able to delete many at once, or to perform other functions when they are introduced, such as group YourTeam members.

YourTeam auto set up using Active Directory
Allow an option to use Active Directory to set up YourTeam initially so that you don't need to type names, as in, "Put in MyTeam anyone who reports to me". Continue to allow removing names or adding names to YourTeam, but use this as an optional starting point.

YourTeam
YourTeam allows a max of 25 team members to be added (maybe this is configurable). Even if it can be expanded, a large list would be more usable if you could categorize each team member in a flexible way. For example, in a role ("Show me where all my PMs are seated"), or in a project ("Show me where all my ERP project people are seated"), or by organization ("Show me where my boss and their bosses are seated").

Same Funcionalities accross Platforms
We have noticed that some functionalities available on the WebPortal are not available on Mobile App and/or Outlook add-in.
Example: Booking Desks for external person is available on the webportal only or Outlook add-in doesn't have the possibility to search room with more than one setup available etc.
Would it be possible to do an effort to equalise functionalities across platforms? As it is causing limitations to use handful features.1 vote
