Allow flexibility for check-in options.
Currently, if QR code is enabled then a user cannot use online check-in. This is unfortunate because as a company, we cannot require our employees to download the Condeco app and use their personal data on the application. This forces us to use one or the other option for the check-in process. QR codes should not disenable all other ways to check-in. Huge drawback.

Ability to Disable Work Status
The client should be given an option where he can choose to enable or disable the Work status feature on a Global Level. The reason being, there are some client who would want to use majority of their desks as assigned (Flexi) desks and would only want their users to check-in whenever they come to the office. As the clients now a days want the ir checkin periods to be extended for whole days, the work status really does contradict with the setup. Hence the request for disabling the work status would come handy to clients.

Department drop-down list in user profile should be sorted.
The department drop-down list in user profile is not sorted making updating the user's department difficult. Users have been complaining that they have to scroll through the list several time before they could find their department.
Department should be sorted in alphabetical order to make it easy for users to find their department to update.

Have the ability to change or add Services
The current Services (AV Services, Catering, Supplies, and Equipment) are not applicable to our needs and it'd be nice if we could retitle or add/remove services.

ICS file naming protocol
Update the ICS file naming protocol from 'Desk' to 'Personal Space'. As we can now create a variety of workspace types the ICS file should reflect this e.g. a car park booking should show in your calendar as 'CAR PARK' not 'DESK' as it currently does

Allow Jira users to resolve their own tickets
It would be good if Jira users could resolve their own tickets again.
Sometimes no further action is required on a ticket or the ticket has been raised in error etc.3 votes -

Outlook COM add-in: Appointments update from 'PROVISIONAL' better
Outlook appointments update from 'PROVISIONAL' state without requiring a second email to attendees. I have found that once a booking request is approved, we need to send another email out to all attendees on the Outlook appointment - spamming them unnecessarily.

O365 Outlook Addin (Smart Calendar) - Booking on behalf of others
PA's or Executive secretaries normally manage their manager's calendars as part of their role. They are the one creating an meeting invite and booking a room.
We would like to request to update the application where in if a PA or secretary book a room using the outlook addin on their manager's calendar, the booking should appear to both secretary who made the booking and to the manager's profile on the web portal under 'Your Bookings' section.
By this, PA's or Secretaries still be able to manage the bookings they made for their managers properly, like adding catering or food…2 votes -
Smart Calendar Booking Email Confirmation
Currently, room booking created from the exchange outlook add-in (Smart Calendar) is not sending a booking email notification.
It would be best if the exchange outlook add-in (Smart Calendar) can also provide booking email confirmation for room booking created. Similar of what we have in the web application, mobile application and also in the comms outlook add-in.

Ability to set others' default in-office status to "Working in ____" based on default profile location
My organization works across two buildings and is mostly full-time in the office. I work with my IT team to make sure that every staff member has the correct default location and floors set up so that they can book rooms in the appropriate building. As we are mostly full-time , I would love to be able to set everyone's status default to "working in [preset default building]" so they are not greeted by a "working remotely" message when they log in and do not have to change settings as often.

Ability to add attendee details to meetings when booking via the mobile App.
Being able to add attendee details to meetings when booking via the mobile app would be beneficial as a lot of bookings are made via the mobile app and we require these details often for security and fire safety reasons.

Remove honorific "Miss" ("Fräulein in German translation) or make honorifics changable via global config
It would be nice if the honorific "Miss" was removed, as it seems antiquated in English and even has a derogatory touch in German ("Fräulein").
Another option would be to make the honorfics managebale in the global settings, so that each company can act individually.

Under Book a Meeting Space and Book a Personal Space, extend the location and group boxes so you can see the full name.
Requesting to extend location and group boxes to show full name. Both boxes are extremely small and don't currently show the full name of our location or group which makes it hard to search.

QR code check into car spaces
Check into a non-desk personal space like the carpark through QR code. It would be a HUGE help for us if we can use condeco for checking staff in the tandem spots in the carpark. Ideally there will be QR codes at the car spots for users to scan when they're parked in and condeco maps them on the floor plan so staff can see who they have parked in or who they have been parked in by. This is a big deal! We don't need booking for these spots as the culture is still first come first serve. Thanks!

Profile update without terminating browser session
Condeco informs us that a profile update does not take effect until the user terminates the browser session and starts a new session. A user will expect the profile to be updated when they press the save button. Furthermore, they are not prompted to terminate the session.
Normal behavior should be that the profile is updated once the save button is clicked.2 votes -

The password reset link should be valid for more than 24 hours.
