Wording change for fully booked days - not using "date exceeds the booking period" users are confused.
The wording confuses users, this is when searching for resources on the today page.
wording such as "no available resources available for day X" would be better.

Attachments on booking confirmation emails.
It would be nice if there was an option to upload a PDF so when a booking confirmation gets sent for visitors or personal space bookings or meeting spaces, you could add an attachment - i.e. a health and safety pack for the site they are working at.

Update Push timing update

Enhance message prompt under Today page for Personal Space Booking
Currently, it shows no personal space available if a resource is not available. But the message doesn't convey clearly whether it is due to the resource being booked, or whether it is due to the resource being closed for booking (e.g. if resource only opens up 2 weeks in advance for booking, then it should state that personal space is not open for booking instead of stating no personal space is available).

Support Portal Keychain
More a user experience functionality.
Whether when logging into the support portal a keychain or 'remember me' functionality can be implemented.
As every comment made takes you to the page, but if not already logged in, you have to manually do it again rather then being keychained logged in.1 vote -
Condeco Kiosk - Reordering of Resources
Right now, the Condeco vendors on the backend can reorder resources for web application resources.
However, are unable to reorder out of order resources on the Condeco Kiosk.So issues that come about from Condeco DCS file uploads, that mess up the order of resources cannot be rectified on the kiosk.

Create Teams and search by teams rather than individuals only
You can find a colleague (portal) or My Team (mobile app), only the mobile app allows you to save searches to "your team". It would be good to have the same functionality on the portal and allow searching for all, or some (by check box), of your team members

State change alerts for those that you are predicating your future visit on
o Should I base my attendence on another advance planning that suddenly changes, can I be made aware that a change has occurred so that I can reconsider or coordinate with that person. Potentially a “track this visit” check box that sends alerts out if and when that person changes the day’s schedule item.
o The idea being that if I predicate my plans to come into an office upon someone else’s plans to do the same, I may want to know if they change their plans in the system if this happens after I have already made my plans…1 vote -

As a user, I would like to set an alternating status of either remote or in-office for both on-demand and future needs. On-demand would allow others to see my status (Active, Busy, etc.), location ((remote or office to include office location (Rockville, NY, etc.) and location by floor plan/seat when in office))

Working Location Status

Booking a resource DURING weekends
We'd like to have the option to book a resource DURING the weekend for the working days of the next week, without allowing colleagues to book FOR the weekend itself.
Many times people forget to book a desk/parking on Friday and would need to book on Sat or Sun, so that they have a guaranteed space booked for Monday, next week.1 vote -
Open Hours - more flexibility to set.
The ability to set the open hours for each day rather than a blanket week would be beneficial. That was if sites opened different hours on different days it can be input into the system to accurately reflect it.

Search for colleague based on department for both meeting and personal spaces in the UI
In order to get more users to use the Condeco app, we want users to perform a search for their department colleagues.
Example workflow: A user logs into the app and performs a search by beginning and end date within the app to find
• a teammates bookings for meeting spaces
• a teammates bookings for personal spaces
• teammate should be tied to the department within Active Directory

The ability to define business hours for Mon-Sun rather than a blanket approach would be beneficial.
Being able to define business hours daily instead of a blanket approach would be greatly beneficial. We have different opening hours for different days but the system does not allow us to define these which is causing issues.
