Improve the Today page experience

Especially for admins who do not use many of the Today page features.

    Please can Condeco stop giving me the welcome page before I login, it's useless to me as I just want to organise room bookings first when I login

    Make a configuration with a checkmark to disable the today page at all.

    agree, would be more useful to start on personal spaces booking tab. or at least be able to bookmark directly to that page...

    It is needed to enhance the user experience with the todays page. At least the following options for the Today Page should be available to avoid tickets and bad user experience:
    - Deactivate the today page in general through admin
    - Deactivate the today page in general through user themselves
    => Define either personal spaces or meetings spaces as "home"

    - Floor plan needs to be available for today page

    We have several users complaining about the Today page. We receive many tickets and calls from users that can't reach the floor plan. It is a bad user experience for many. The admin should have an option to disable or enable it.

    There are just tons of issues with the today page. You don't have the floor plans view. The calendar doesn't reflect booking rules (blocking/graying unbookable days). Other missing features. While adding basically nothing but an extra click for users to get past to the main page. How can the first thing users see/hit when they login be not customizable/changable? We at the bare minimum need the ability to diable the Today Page. For user experience and consistent booking rules, this is a most and important fix.

    Why not change landing page to room booking instead of "Today Page"? We can all see our boookings from outlook, and normally only open Condeco to make a new booking. Typically we wait for the application to load (a bit slow), then close the Today Page and then look for a room.

    Please offer an option to disable the 'Today' page upon login (web).

    It has no value to me, and I just want to get on to booking a desk.

    Many of these ideas would be great:
    - Allow users to not go to the today page at all
    - Allow users to go to the Personal Space home page by default or at least by default when they close the today page.

    Please improve the user experience (especially for new users) by making the "Close today page" button a lot more prominent. Now someone unfamiliar with the system has difficulty moving away from the welcome screen.

    When I open Condeco it opens to a today page. i guess you will be able to see based on usage data but i always have to close this and it is an annoying additional step to click through. I'd recommend removing this and going straight in. Also, it default opens to the room booking. given that most people are working from home and meeting rooms aren't often used, it might be more useful to default open to the desk booking page. again, this will be one less click for me. again useage data will show you what people use the most but my bet is on desk booking.

    Show all the menu items all the time. While in Today view, it is not clear that other views exist.

    Remove the TODAY page. it is only relevant when I join the office, all other days I 'm just booking or removing bookings.

    Booking: the most common use case is booking a desk, not a room. Load desk booking by default.

    Remove the 'today page' as the landing page and replace with the 'quick desk' booking search instead.

    Please provide an option to remove "Today" as the initial landing page.

    Once on the "Today Page" can you add the ability to navigate to the Desk Booking options (i.e. Your Bookings, Find a Colleague)? Right now you need to close the "Today Page" to get these options. I think this will make it a better user experience (easier to find options and less clicks)

    The Today Page isn't that beneficial and is an extra click to users who tend to log in to book ahead and not on the day (which is most of our users)
