Remove honorific "Miss" ("Fräulein in German translation) or make honorifics changable via global config
It would be nice if the honorific "Miss" was removed, as it seems antiquated in English and even has a derogatory touch in German ("Fräulein").
Another option would be to make the honorfics managebale in the global settings, so that each company can act individually.

As a global firm where diversity and inclusion is important I would like to see this as an manageable option for each individual location.
