Align enterprise screen profile settings with Connect screen settings. We are losing some functionality when we switched over to Linux screens.
- Only the booking creator can action on the panel using RFID
- Restrict start meeting to host/requester is useless now
- Restrict end meeting to host/requester is useless now

Set down time as part of meeting
Currently on the Android screen the set down time is added on the panel, which allows the end user to think they can stay in the room for that duration.
i.e an end user has booked the room 12:00-14:00pm the panel will show 14:30pm as there is a 30 min set down time to allow us to turn the room round ready for the next meeting.
This causes alot of issues and arguments with the clients as they think they can stay in the room all that time.

Give the ability to make anonymous on screen bookings and restrict End or Delete to PIN only
When setting up the screen profile, you can only set PIN required for End or Delete booking when Book is also set to PIN required.
Pin required should be able to be switched off so anonymous bookings can be made on the screen by users. You should have the ability to then set PIN required for End or Delete so this prevents any user ending or deleting other users bookings.

Option to remove the "Touch anywhere to begin" screen
When using the kiosk, the majority of users walk up and immediately scan their badge without realizing that they have to touch the screen to begin. They then will have to touch the screen and rescan their badge. It would be helpful to remove the touch anywhere to begin screen and have the kiosk wake up on the scan badge screen.

Ability to see how may licences available and how may used
Connect customers do not have the ability to see how may licences they currently have and how may are being used.
If there was a way to show this information then Connect customer would not need to contact the CSM /Support or Finance to ask for this information. This will allow them to plan better and know when to purchase additional licences.
Currently this option is only available to customers using Enterprise 3.4. in the About tab2 votes -
Room usage statistics
We have several apps which control our meeting rooms and show in our dashboard. We wish to get statistics for the meeting room usage for only 9am to 5pm on Monday through to Friday (our office opening times) but it seems that the statistics are for 12 hours a day and 7 days per week. Please can you enable a feature to be able to select the days of the week and time per day so that the statistics can match our office opening hours and do not skew the data? Thanks

Bulk Update/Delete users
I can Bulk-Upload users to the web portal, however I cannot update/delete users this way - e.g. when a RFID card changed, the user changed his/her name or a user has left the organization.
So there is either an update/delete existing users missing (e.g. via a delete user flag) or a "bulk delete non-admins" button.9 votes -
License Count on portal
Need to have the License information available to the admin users. It would be great to be able to pull available license count from this portal so that we do not run into license errors on the screens.

RFID syncing
We use RFID cards for multiple systems - door security, badging to get our print outs at printers, etc. They all pull the badge information from AD or from the door security database. App makes us register every card again which is very annoying
I would like the badges to auto enroll and sync from an AD attribute instead of having to be manually enrolled each time.

Implement the ability to view license information via the portal
The number of licenses on an account / renewal date is currently not visible to customers. This is not desirable and has caused outages for us when there has been some error on adding new licenses to our account. We suggest this information should be visible on the Connect portal to assist with purchasing / licensing.

RFID (badge) and PIN manageable from portal
Make user PIN available to view on connect portal & allow us to delete badges from a users account. When users update their badge for the RFID reader it would be better if we could make the change without involving the end user.

We already support PEAP in V3 desk screens and we are planning to do so for V2 rooms screen.

Ability for every user to be able start/end meetings with RFID card
At the moment it is only possible for the organizer/host to start/end meetings on the screen with transponder card.
The other possibility would be to allow everybody to start meetings without authentication.
It would make sense to implement the possibility of authentication by transponder card for every user synced to the system (Example: Personal assistant has booked the room)15 votesThe development of this feature is currently underway and we expect to be able to release it during Q4 2020.
The authentication of the card and the permissions of the holder will be pushed to the calendar service.
Assuming the card holder has permission to Start/Stop the meeting, then the screen will allow it.

Differentiation between Setup time and Meeting time
The problem is that from screen perspective the Setup time counts as Meeting time.
If the Setup time of a room is defined "15 minutes" and meetings in general are cancelled after 15 minutes without starting them on the screen, they will be cancelled at the moment when the meetings normally start.
By now the only solution is to set the time after which the meetings are cancelled automatically to e.g. 25 minutes - if a meeting requires a setup time of 30 minutes it will be cancelled all the same.

A 3rd option in Screen display to show a webpage as a screensaver after period of inactivity
If you go into the portal, you can currently only choose to display a Resource or webpage.
It would be nice if there was a third option for a webpage to behave as a screensaver after a period of inactivity e.g. 60 secs.
Then, when the screen is touched it goes back to being used for booking
Customers with screens in public places particularly would like this feature.
