An error occurred while saving the comment Sanjeev Kumar commentedThis will be an excellent thing for the admin to get added on the application as validation can be under there remit and also it will remove dependencies working with Condeco vendor which may take some time.

Totally agree with your overall reported concerns. This has been now a serious pain if you are already on Exchange synch you never know when the utilization of resources/Compute engine is high resulting in not processing your meetings problem. Now once you see users reporting or by chance when you see while performing test (where bi-directional flow is not working) it gives you knock that synch engine has stopped. There should be a embedded module itself on application which should cover this monitoring section. On one side when Exchange synch still being used by customers Condeco should work on this and provide something for admin to have a proper insight .
