Additional detail – we would like to know if the user actually has any bookings so we can take a more considered decision on what to do with their bookings. The message just shows every time you delete a user, so often an admin will put it to her name but they’d like to know if a user does or doesn’t already have bookings and perhaps use alternate users based on who the leaving user is, and if they actually have any bookings.

Additional detail - With high volumes of users, this is essential because sometimes when a Desk resource is created (automatically open) it will be booked before the admin has had time to go in and close the desk. Ideally, when a resource is created, the option to set it to Open or Closed in lieu of having a default of open, would be great.
