Another work around this that the Global Admin can either suspend the users account so they can no longer use any part of Condeco or should you wish you just remove the users access to book certain rooms you can do so but amending their user access.
Log in to the web portal and down the left hand side you will a tab for 'Users'
Click on the tab and search the User who's access you wish to change.
Then you will need to select the Location (note: under locations will be various groups for some users)
Once you have selected the location please make sure you select the right group of rooms you wish to block the user booking.
to select this you must press the arrow to put the location and group to the box on the right.
once you have done this, 'tick box options' will appear. My recommendation is that you tick the box that is labelled 'Location Visible" this will allow the now blocked user to visually see the rooms but not be able to book them.
Don't forget to click save at the bottom once you have made your changes.

I hope this helps as a work around.
