When booking a desk allow user to create a list of favourite desks, so can narrow the choices if they wish. Allow a user to create a group of people such as their team mates so can easily track where everyone is sitting over a day/week etc. Maybe colour code these people on the booking grid. Allow a user to swap desks, rather then cancel and rebook (to an empty desk). Allow a user to set up an alter if a desk or group of desk comes free. Let user export booking grid to excel & filter to team mates /favourite desks if they wish.
