Add feature to set a favourite desk
Option to include a bank of desk i.e. a specific team can have a bank of desks as favourite so new bookings will default to this location

we should have a preferred list of desks ta desk level, not just floor/area level. someone may want to pick from the 3-4-5 desk they prefer to occupy if available

Users will be selecting the country, region, location and floor while searching for Rooms and Desks. By providing them the Save as Favorite feature, they can mark their selections as favorite, so that next time they open the Unified Mobile app, they can simply tap on their favorites and the app will show them available rooms/desks as per their favorite selection. This will improve the User Experience and this was also available in the older mobile app versions and users have been using this.

There should be a way to set my desk as a default after so I do not need to search for it each time I log in.

Why isn't there a favorite for booking a desk. Right now I need to remember the number of the desk I want rather than have that selection pre-selected

Can you have desks as favorites to save searching through them all

When booking a desk, I almost always book the same one. It owuld be nice to have a "favorite desk", or a recently booked desk so that instead of searching everytime for that desk, I could just say book this one again.

It would be very useful to be able to save your favourite desks so you can pick from them when selecting each day.

Please add a new feature : favourites list. this list will contain desks which person will like to sit on. so this will be specific to person. desks can be booked by anyone and can be added by multiple people in favourites list

Tracking where team mates sit would breach our privacy rules so we would not want this forced on us

Favorite button (Mobile) on the home screen, saves one click. Or even better, show instant availability of top-x favorite rooms on screen

When booking a desk allow user to create a list of favourite desks, so can narrow the choices if they wish. Allow a user to create a group of people such as their team mates so can easily track where everyone is sitting over a day/week etc. Maybe colour code these people on the booking grid. Allow a user to swap desks, rather then cancel and rebook (to an empty desk). Allow a user to set up an alter if a desk or group of desk comes free. Let user export booking grid to excel & filter to team mates /favourite desks if they wish.
