ALL local admin and global admin to be able to manually enter visitor numbers on the booking form.
The Number of guests per booking is limited to seat capacity – However we are able to add extra chairs to a booking therefore capacity increases – We are now unable to increase endless number of visitors as this will only reflect the number of guests in the booking – Global admin are allowed to manually input any number of visitors to a booking – Due to the way in which we operate we need ALL local admin and global admin to be able to manually enter visitor numbers .

I also flagged this issue way back in 2021 when we stared using Condeco and so far not changes have been made. All my team members must have the ability to increase attendee numbers above the defined room capacity, even if they are only on country or location admin permissions. End users should obviously not have this option.

The capability to override the room capacity on the booking form is only available for the 'Global Admin' access level as per application design.
This should definitely be accessible to Country admins as well.

Location Admins should have the ability to move a booking from a large room to a smaller room (with the Ignore Room Capacity field set to false). Currently only Global Admins have this ability but given that this role also gives access to the back end configuration of the system this is too much access. Ignore Room Capacity can be set to True to allow everyone to make this change but this is also giving too much access. Our Front Of House teams need to have the ability to move meetings to smaller rooms even thought the number of attending is too large for the room (they just add more chairs).
Without this functionality they need to manually lower the number of attendees in the meeting so that they can move the meeting over to the smaller room and then update the notes of the meeting to say how many people are attending. This can cause issues since there is now two places the team need to look to confirm the number attending. -

Extra chairs should be recognised in the application as an item to increase the capacity of the attendees coming to the meeting for a given meeting style.
This at the moment doesn't happen and doesn't allow users to select a default style of say 12 and then add 8 extra chairs to the room, which should increase the room capacity to 20, but instead keeps it at 12 (the default style).
Is there a way in which this could be added to the application functionality?
